Dr. Andrew Mancall, the principal coach for the Maine Coaching Collaborative, is a passionate advocate for physicians and other healthcare workers in distress and at risk of burnout. A subspecialized radiologist with decades of wide-ranging clinical, leadership, business and administrative experience, he most recently served as the immediate past Chair of Radiology at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine.

A graduate of the Gestalt International Study Center in Massachusetts, Andrew is an ACC certified coach by the International Coaching Federation.
